It's been an eventful few weeks for American pop-start Justin Bieber with two arrests and allegations of drug taking and excessive partying. And the 19-year-old singer isn't ready to calm down, spending Wednesday night partying in Atlanta with a crew of rappers including Diddy, T.I., Jermaine Dupri, Wale, Rick Ross, Lil Scrappy and Trinidad James along with his new 'bad girl' lover Chantel Jeffries while surrounded by a cloud of suspicious looking smoke.

Justin tried his best to look like a hard man, going shirtless to show off his vast tattoo collection and heavy gold chains as he surrounded himself with the posse at the CIROC vodka party at Vanquish nightclub. See more photos below...
