"Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area," Brown's rep, Nicole Perna, told E! News in a statement.
Brown, 24, was arrested in Washington around 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 27 after police said he punched a man in front of the W Hotel near the White House. After a court appearance the next day, he checked into a rehab facility "to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point," Perna told USA TODAY at the time.
Brown is still on probation from his 2009 assault incident involving his then-girlfriend Rihanna, and he's had numerous run-ins with the law since then.
