Former Chocolate City singer Brymo is currently being studied by students of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, as part of a project. The project is titled Speech Communication 101, and Brymo was chosen as a case study after they did an earlier presentation on his hit single "Down".
A note sent from the school to Brymo’s team reads: “Just last month, our Communication students did lyrics decomposition of Brymo’s song titled ‘Down’. Success of the studies has prompted us to do further and more detailed studies of you, your music and your story. I write to inform you that as part of our yearly project work, my students will be studying you (your personality and music).”
The students also requested the singer’s presence at the project’s final assessment in August.
