The billionaire woman and celebrity talk show "Oprah Winfrey" has raised $600,000 for charity through a so-called "yard sale" of her personal possessions held Saturday 2nd of Novembwr. The auction was arranged by Kaminski Auctions at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club in Carpinteria, Calif., the Los Angeles Times reported.
The items on sale came from Oprah’s homes in Hawaii, Indiana and Illinois and the money raised will go to Winfrey’s leadership academy for girls in South Africa. Oprah expressed her joy after the sale as she said she feels like living a simple life. Free from so many things and so many unused items
