"Dorobucci Means Movement" - Dr. Sid Reveals The Meaning Of Dorobucci

Since the release of MAVIN team song, “Dorobucci”, the word has become a slang in Nigeria and many have been wondering what “Dorobucci” means. No need to worry again as Mavin records artiste, Dr. Sid has finally revealed what it “Dorobucci” means in a new interview with Encomium.

“DoroBucci was a song Don-Jazzy created on a social media and we decided to share it with our fans. It featured Don-Jazzy, Tiwa Savage, D’Prince, and I. For the first time, the song also has our new signees into MAVIN family, Di’Ja, Korede Bello and Reekado Banks. Dorobucci is a movement, you’re a Dorobucci, I am a Dorobucci, so also everybody. So, the question is, what is Doro about you? For me, my Doro is Lere, that is why you see it boldly written on my branded T-shirt, Doro Lere, meaning, Doro has reward,” he told Encomium in a recent chat.

When asked when he will be getting married to his fiancee Simi Osomo, he said: “Summer, around July, after the World Cup.”

Speaking further on his love life he said: “From the quote of my very good friend who once said, "Don’t get it twisted, love is a beautiful thing' If men want to be sincere to themselves, they perform better, they behave better, once they have a woman in their life.”
