The songstress donned a glittering black gown with a plunging neckline, a single long black glove, diamond jewelry and black high heels for the live performance. While the cover shot sees the star standing in a gold one-piece crocheted swimsuit, looking some 20 years younger both in the body and the face, while the first song off the album, titled Thirsty, also sees the star in a state of undress, with the same heavy-handed measures taken to ensure she's looking her best no matter how unrealistic.
