Miley dressed in a figure-hugging sequin leotard, was pictured straddling the penis and attempting to put in her mouth. She also told clubbers that "everyone's a little gay," adding "all it takes is one cocktail. And if that doesn't work, sprinkle something in their drink. That's what I always do."
