Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West is on the verge severely changing his marital status after reportedly proposing to reality star girlfriend Kim Kardashian this week. According to reports, Mr. West decided to pop the question to Kim K on her birthday as he swooped into San Francisco Monday night and proposed to her on her 33rd birthday.
E! News reported early Tuesday morning that he 36 yrs old rapper popped the question to the mother of his child at AT&T Park, which was rented out for Kardashian's big day. Having received future mother-in-law Kris Jenner's blessing, West proposed to Kardashian with a 15-carat diamond ring made by celebrity jeweler Lorraine Schwartz.
Kanye asked for Kim's hand in marriage courtesy of a huge ballpark screen and maintaining the theatricality, he also arranged for the jumbo screen to read "PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!" and a 50-piece orchestra to play Lana Del Rey's "Young and Beautiful" and Keri Hilson, Ne-Yo and West's 'Knock You Down."
Kim is hoping third time will be the charm after previously donning wedding rings on two past occasions.
