Miley Cyrus who has successfully completed the move from Hannah Montana to adult star, showed up topless for a New York Fashion Week after-party thrown by designer, Alexander Wang. Miley paired her black pants with ice cream cone pasties to cover her nipples as she stepped out for the party which held in Brooklyn.
