Rihanna who was honoured with the Fashion Icon Award at the annual Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards yesterday, glittered in a racy sheer embellished halter dress to show off every inch of her slim figure. The very naughty outfit was custom made by designer Adam Selman and embellished with 216,000 Swarovski crystals that the Diamonds singer rocked with a matching sparkly turban.
