First Trailer of "Amazing Spider-Man 2" Released Globally

Sony's Columbia Pictures released the first trailer of "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" in a big way. Beside hitting online globally, the trailer simultaneously reached Sony platforms including the Times Square billboard. The production house also released it in more than 12 languages in attempt to reach worldwide recognition.

The trailer gives away Peter Parker's latest enemy, Electro, and his greatest battle yet. Played by Jamie Foxx, Electro began as Spider-Man fan named Max Dillon who turns villainous after an experiment involving electric eels goes haywire.
