Enugu State Govt Takes Out Full Page Newspaper Ad To Congratulate Chiwetel Ejiofor

British-Nigerian actor, Chinwetel Ejiofor won Best Actor at the 2014 BAFTAs which held on Sunday, 16th February. And to celebrate him, the Enugu State Government took out a full page newspaper ad to congratulate Chiwetel Ejiofor.
