Lady Gaga Bitten By Poisonous Slow Loris While Shooting Video

Slow Loris

While filming her G.U.Y. (Girl Under You) video in California, Lady Gaga was bitten by Slow loris. The cute little endangered creature from Asia didn't seem to enjoy Gaga’s company so it ended up biting her.

“Lady Gaga wanted to use it in one scene, but it nipped her,” a source told the New York Post. “They put it back in its box and took it away in disgrace.” Even though the source added that she was a “good sport” and “just laughed about it,” a bite from the poisonous mammal is nothing to laugh about. The slow loris from Asia is one of the only poisonous mammals in the world. Slow lorises “possess a very rare trait for a mammal, a toxic bite,” according to BBC.

“Venomous organisms inflict poisonous wounds by actively biting, stinging or scratching their victims and injecting toxins into them.” These toxic bites are supposedly so painful and agonizing that they can create extreme allergic reactions.
