Popular Nigerian musician and former project fame winner Iyanya Mbuk, has announced the launch of his social responsibility project "The Iyanya Foundation". The Nigerian artiste decided to give back to the society by helping the orphans and the less privileged. According to Iyanya, he wants to use the NGO to help orphans across the country improve their lives. Commenting on the initiative launch on his Instagram page, Iyanya who lost both his parents and only brother noted:
"(I’m) One of the very few orphans that had the opportunity to become great and influential in the society through my music and with MTN giving me the platform through Project Fame. Not every talented boy/girl on the street today will be as fortunate as Iyanya."
