According to People magazine, Jay found the perfect gift for the woman who already has everything, and its the chic, simple, mixed-metal Promise Bracelet from Tacori. He was given the idea by Beyonce’s stylist Ty Hunter, who picked up the $2,390 band and gave it to Jay.

“[Hunter] got the bracelet and took it with him to give to Jay Z,” a source tells People, adding that Jay Z couldn’t wait until Friday to give it to Bey. “He said Jay Z was waiting for Valentine’s Day to give her along with a few other presents, but that Beyoncé is always too eager and you can’t hold any secret from her, so he decided to give it to her earlier.”

And of course, Jay had to get a private, personalized message engraved for his lady-love,something that can never be seen because the bracelet’s silver and gold intertwined motif is designed to represent the couple uniting, and it can only be unlocked with a private key.
